New generation of Frontier built on heavy-duty fully boxed ladder frame. Midsize pickup powered by 310hp, 3.8L direct injection V6 engine, available in King or Crew Cab with rear-wheel or part-time 4-wheel drive configuration option and equipped with 9-speed automatic transmission. 2022 Nissan Frontier has 6,720 pounds towing capacity.

Vehicle comes with 16-inch steel wheels for 265/70R16 tires, or 17-inch aluminum-alloy wheels for either 265/65R17 or 265/70R17 tires. New Frontier comes with Independent double-wishbone with twin-tube shock absorbers (Bilstein® on PRO-X, PRO-4X) with stabilizer bar front suspension and overslung multi-leaf with solid axle (Dana axle – PRO-X, PRO-4X); stabilizer bar rear suspension. Standard Wheelbase (SWB) of a new truck is 126.0 in. while Long Wheelbase (LWB): 139.8 in. with overall length for Standard Wheelbase (SWB) 210.2 in. and length of Long Wheelbase (LWB) is 224.1 in. Overall vehicle width is 73 in. Bed Length: 59.5 in. – SWB Crew Cab S/SV; 58.9 in. – PRO 73.3 in. – LWB Crew Cab (Opt. SV) and standard King Cab Width: 61.4 in. (at C-Channel). Bed Depth: 19.4 in.
